To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have your requested size, we will let you know if the excahnge is possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any costs incurred by The BRIN Project for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Since all our products are made to order, the delivery period from purchase date will be approximately up to 2 weeks.
In case a product is required urgently, please write to email@example.com to ensure we can deliver the product within your desired delivery period.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We don’t often accept orders for sold outfits. However if you’ve got your heart set on an outfit and it is sold out or no longer available, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to work our magic and make you the outfit on request.
